TrekkSoft is an online booking solution company for day tour companies ( A.G. of Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten bei Interlaken, Switzerland ("TrekkSoft")The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TrekkSoft AG. All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or the payment method is declined or charged back then the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased If no payment is received or if a chargeback is made by the buyer after the tour date then our third-party TrekkSoft has the right to dispute it.

After booking Through the web site :

To avoid any no-show-up for your activities, we do recommend to contact us one day or 2 days before the running of the trip in order to confirm your trip and share your driver's name, guide's name, and their contacts.This really helps you to avoid any inconvenience that could happen.

Travel Permits is obeligatory in Egypt :

Travelling in Egypt needs Travel Permits.when you book a trip to Cairo or to Luxor from the red sea (Hurghada- Marsa Alam- El Gouna- Makadi- Soma bay- Safaga- El Quseir- Sahel Hashesh) You need to send us a copy of your passports via E-mail and your room numbers when you arrive in Egypt In order to make and arrange the security travel permits.without this, we will not be able to confirm your trip

TIPPING KITTY:

Tips: This is a customary attitude for expressing one's satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great – if not, you are not obliged to do it

Complaints :

If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt, please notify the company (Egypt Tour packages) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has still not been resolved please call the chairman of the company, but if after you return home you are still not satisfied you must e-mail us at [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp +201224789162 and we will make sure everything is solved.

Acceptance Of The Agreement:

The contract constituted by the Company's acceptance of the client's booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Accommodation:

Unless otherwise stated, generally it is based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). A room for a single occupant is available with an additional supplementary rate. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication/guide of category and rooms may be reserved at similar establishments. Published prices are based on tariff and other costs prevailing at the time of printing, and are subject to change without notice.

Flights:

Domestic flights:
The programs quoted on the average price of flights with approximate timings: Hurghada-Cairo at 05:30 arrive in Cairo at 06:30 Cairo – Luxor At 05:30 am arriving at 06:30 Aswan – Cairo at 22:00 at 23:30 & Vice versa. In case you need to adjust your flight timings, it will be subject to an extra supplement. Luxor/Sharm (most time, it is connected by flight via Cairo Airport) International flights Egypt Tour Packages Travel company can assist you with international flights if needed. Business-class:: If the only available flight option is business class, there will be extra supplement will be applied above the announced price on web site.

Responsibility:
We act only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by railroad, boat, aircraft, or any other convenience and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay, or irregularity to a person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; -Weather, acts of God, force majeur, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes of any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

Special Requests:

If the Client has any special requests, they should inform the company at the time of booking. The company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the contract, the Company will do its best to ensure all your requests are answered based on availability, including pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is definitely a guarantee to meet it. The Client will be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings that are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request that can't be met.

Optional Tours:

Any Optional tours such as hot-air balloon rides, entry inside any of the pyramids, or Tutankhamen tomb are not included, unless otherwise stated and added on during the booking process and if the customer decided to do any of those optional visits, then the required tickets will be paid by the Customer.

Surcharge on transactions completed using a debit or credit card:

Egypt Tour Packages Travel company does not charge any additional fees or surcharges on any debit or credit card transactions during the 25% tour downpayment Process Excluding Peak Season, however, for the 50% downpayment during Peak Season, 30% bank fees will be added to the amount. We accept Visa and Mastercard, when you pay the balance in Egypt by using Creditcard bank machines. we will add a 3% bank commission above the amount.

In case you would like to avoid the bank fees for the remaining balance, you can pay in cash in USD/GBP/EURO while in Egypt and in case you would like to pay in EGP, it will be based on the exchange rate of the day.

Children Policy:

2 - 5 25% of total tour cost
6 - 11.99 50% of total tour cost
+12 Are considered adults
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.
2nd Policy - For sightseeing tours & shore excursions
0 - 5 free of charge
6 - 11 50 % of total tour cost
12 are considered adults
If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights, an extra supplement for your child may applied.

Cancellation Policy

Daily Trips -over day trips or overnight trips by cars:

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts

Transfers:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts

Trips by flight:
The cancellation fees on all domestic flights in case you book a tour and you would like to cancel it at any time before starting your tours. The cancellation fees of the domestic flights are subject to the airline's cancellation policy which changes from one case to another. The rest of the paid amount will be refunded after deducting the airline tickets cancellations fees.

Nile cruise:
For Deluxe Nile Cruises, Enjoy a free cancellation up to 31 days before the activity starts. Between 30 before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

For Luxury & High Luxury Nile Cruises, Enjoy a free cancellation up to 60 days before the activity starts. Between 60 & 31 before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted. Between 30 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.

Cancellation Fees (Excluding Peak Seasons)

In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:
- From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, Enjoy a free cancelation on your booking "Except for the Domestic flights cost"

- 15% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
- 35% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
- 50% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines' terms and conditions, and there's also a 3n % bank fee on refunds.

Cancellation Fees for Christmas, New Year, and Easter Vacation

In case you cancel your trip, the following charges will be applied:
- From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
- 50% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
- 75% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
- 100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
Additionally, airlines charge their fees which are subject to the airlines' terms and conditions, and there's also a 3% bank fee on refunds.

Refund:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment. No refunds are possible for No-Show.

PS: There is a 3% bank fee on any refund.
